The Atlas of AI

An evolving map of AI: its concepts, premises, constraints, and implementation techniques. Where they may or may not hold. The map itself is a study in public, not an official reference, and all the readings are mine. It grew out of designing and building Ilumia (a commercial B2C/B2B product) at IFÁ Insights, a multimodal RAG SaaS delivered over messaging systems (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack) with an SDR built in.

The AI Framework

A working model for taking AI from intent to production: the capabilities a business needs, the layers that deliver them, and the constraints that bound them all. Not a generic maturity chart. It grows out of operating-model work across industries and hands-on AI implementation, structured the way I actually think about delivery, and like everything here it stays a work in progress, mine to navigate and reshape as the field moves.
